Love the minimalist style on this Hepburn, style 60s overcoat with a slight A-line shape. I would call this a size Medium. Although I am a Small and I would definitely wear this slightly oversized for that layering look. I'd layer this over a black turtleneck and perhaps even an open button up collared denim shirt and black jeans. There are many combinations and possibilities from casual, business to evening wear.
In excellent vintage condition. Love the neutral colour. The buttons have a more tone in them which is a nice touch. It is a medium weight coat. Great for Spring / Fall.

Please pay most attention to width of shoulder. Although there is no actual shoulder seam there is a slight natural bend to the shoulder. I've listed this measurement below as an approximate.
